Refund Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you change your mind about your order or if you encounter any problem, below you will find all the information on how you can return a product.

Returns Policy

  You have the right to return part or all your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing any explanation.

  Return Conditions:

 * The product must be in excellent condition, exactly as you received it.

 * It must not have been used, worn, or damaged.

 * The tags that accompany it must be present.

 * It must be accompanied by the retail receipt.

  Return Process:

 * Contact us via email at info@nario.gr to receive instructions and a return code.

 * Pack the product carefully.

 * Send the product back to the address we will provide.

  Return Cost:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the return is made with our partner courier company, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Defective Product

  In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will do our best to replace it immediately at no cost to you.

 * Contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@nario.gr, describing the problem and attaching photos.

 * We will send you instructions on how to return the product.

 * After we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with its replacement. If the product is not available, we will refund your money or arrange a replacement with a similar item, upon consultation.

Repair after 14 days

  If a product breaks after the 14-day period, you can contact us to arrange for its repair. In this case, the customer pays for shipping both ways. You can send the product by any method you wish, except for standard mail.
